Return Policy
Promise2Love.com is proud to offer its clients a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. As your Promise2Love.com merchandise is valuable fine jewelry, special shipping precautions must be adhered to when returning an item. Please follow exactly the following procedures:
- Contact a Promise2Love.com associate at 1-800-794-6964 for a Return Code Authorization.
- Seal your jewelry in the secure bag or original box with all protective wrapping. Please include your jewelry appraisal form when necessary.
- Place the item in the box provided by Promise2Love.com If unavailable; use a cardboard box from your local post office. Secure and cover the entire box in paper mailing tape. This too is available through your post office. The U.S. Postal Service requires paper tape so that its ink stamps will print on your package.
- Write Return Authorization Code on labels that came with packing slip. If lost, simply write the R. A. Code on the box next to mailing address.
- Forward the entire box to: Promise2Love.com, 18999 Biscayne Boulevard Suite 201 Aventura, FL 33180.
- Forward package via Registered U.S. Postal Service, making sure to insure the item for its replacement value. Please note that UPS does not insure jewelry.
Once we have received your package, it will be processed immediately. If requested your account will be credited a refund within three days of item receipt. Please be aware there will be 15% restocking fee for all returned, exchanged, and refunded orders. All unauthorized, improperly packaged, or uninsured returns will be returned to Sender.
